Refund policy

In the unfortunate circumstance that your artwork is damaged during transit, you can request a refund in the form of store credit.

We are currently unable to accept physically returned items. Once you recieve your store credit refund, there will be no need to send the artwork back at this time.

To request a store credit refund, please carefully read and follow the guidelines listed below:

  • Your refund request must be sent within 3 business days after delivery to ensure that all damages were a result of shipping and delivery handling.
  • Your refund request must be emailed to inquiries@rachellynn.ca and include photo proof of damage to the artwork.
  • Once your request is approved, you will recieve a store credit in the amount of the artwork price. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
