Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment Time

All orders are fulfilled by the end of the next business day, and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

This means,

• If your order is placed between Thursday and Sunday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.

 

• If your order is between Monday and Wednesday, the order will be shipped on Friday.

 

Print Packaging Process

All 8x10" inch prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each print is placed in an acid-free, sealed, clear bag along with a rigid backing board for extra durability. These are then shipped in a protective, bubble wrap mailer labelled "DO NOT BEND".

Order Updates, Tracking & Delivery

After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email provided. Once your order is shipped, you will also receive updates to your inbox with tracking information.
